Once at altitude (between 3000 and 5000 feet), your pilot will pull the release. The tow plane will peel off and descend away, leaving the glider to explore the beautiful Sunriver sky.

Flight times may vary due to wind and thermals. The Cascade Cruise flight runs about twenty minutes and the Bachelor Blast runs about thirty minutes, depending on lift.  You’ll arrive back at the airport at about 1000 feet above the ground.  Your pilot will then demonstrate the incredible accuracy with which these ships can be landed and maneuvered right back to the exact spot where they started.
